TMZ.com: Don Imus may get the last laugh -- because the contract he signed with CBS seems to court the very behavior that got him fired.

And I sure hope he does get the $40 mil from CBS... Maybe CBS could go after the good ol' Rev. Sharpton and recoup some of their losses after they hand over that check payable to Imus for $40 mil...
