Barney Frank as Chair

I don't know why, but I just can't seem to get enough of this video. I watch it when I need a good laugh.

My particular favorite is about 3:27 and Barney's reply... "Comments on the past behavior of the speaker might be interesting, but they're not points of order." Look at Barney's face when he says that... trying to keep a straight face while replying.

That's the way I see it...
